#5: Bartender AU ((sorry this took so long, it’s 1 am here but omg i love bartender aus))
Dean slid the beer down the bar to a guy in a leather jacket and shades. ‘What a douche’ he thought to himself. The only people who wear sunglasses inside are blind people and douchbags. Going off the fact that the guy was staring at some chicks ass, he definitely wasn’t blind. Whatever, the guy was a paying customer, who was he to judge? Dean’s thoughts were soon interrupted by someone waving him over. The guy was handsome with dark hair and piercing blue eyes that could kill a man. Dean flashed a smile. “What can I get ya?” “White Russian. Extra vodka.” The guy’s voice was deep, gravelly and so fucking hot. “Comin’ right up. Bad day?” After years of being a bartender, Dean could read people really well, and this guy was without a doubt stressed about something. “I guess you could say that. My boss is a jerk and my co-worker Zachariah keeps trying to get me fired. Also my younger sister Ana just left for college and I’m worried about her.” The guy said as Dean set his drink down in front of him. “Man, I feel for ya. And I know what it’s like having a younger sibling going off to college. My little brother Sam is going to Stanford. I worry about him constantly. The name’s Dean, by the way.” The guy lifted his head and offered a small smile. “My name is Castiel. Most people call me Cas.”
Dean grinned. “Nice to meet ya, Cas. Hey, um…” it was a longshot but fuck it,if the guy turned him down, so what? He won’t see him again anyways. The guy, Cas, was looking up at him. “Uh, I’ve got the night off tomorrow. Would ya wanna go out or something? I don’t know if you even swing that way but..yeah.” Cas blinked and raised his eyebrows. “Yes, that sounds nice. How does 6:00 sound?” Cas replied with a smile as he wrote his address and phone number on a piece of paper and slid it to Dean. “Sounds great.”
