The Jared quote is legit, and is from a zap2it interview. “Jensen [Ackles] has a naked scene. [laughs] No, what I’m most excited for fans to see is the Sam Winchester that they love.” (x) 

It could be a joke? Hard to tell his tone in this format.

Cas being oblivious to full-frontal nudity is from this Vancon panel, but it is very difficult to understand his exact wording because of poor audio quality and crowd laughter. As far as I can tell, he’s saying: “There’s a little full frontal nudity that Cas… and Cas is just completely oblivious. He’s like, what? Oooh, I know what. Right.” However Misha actually DOES seem serious, mentioning that he’s “trying not to spoil.”

Neither quote seem to directly mention the 200th episode.

(So yes, there are factual, legitimate grounds for hope omg.)
