no but think about cas and dean getting in a huge fight and of course dean’s the one who has to sleep on the couch that night but he’s startled awake at 3 a.m. by weight pushing down on him and he tries to sit up to see what’s going on but then he realizes that cas is literally lying on top of him dead asleep and they still try to act mad at each other in the morning even though they literally couldn’t be away from each other for more than five seconds

Dean spent ages trying to choose the right one, finding it finally in a little antiques store. It’s a silver band with flowers carved into it. Castiel will love it he’s sure. 

They’ve been together six years and Dean wants to make sure Castiel knows how serious he is about him. 

Tonight, he’s going to ask Cas to spend the rest of his life with him.

Sometimes Dean wakes up in the middle of the night and finds that he and Cas rolled away from each other in the night. Cas is trembling, maybe trapped in some nightmare, so Dean scoops him in and holds him close. Cas immediately coils into Dean and hums contentedly. Dean falls asleep and when he wakes up again the next morning, Cas is spread out atop him, snoring in his ear, and everything is perfect.
